Zasady korzystania ze sklepu

Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze sklepu internetowego Sunny O'Clock, dostępnego pod adresem sunnyoclock.com.

Do składania zamówień wymagane jest utworzenie konta w Sklepie.
Rejestracja jest bezpłatna i wymaga podania:
Klient zobowiązuje się do podania prawdziwych danych.
Proces składania zamówienia:
Zawarcie umowy następuje z chwilą potwierdzenia zamówienia przez Klienta i otrzymania płatności.
Wszystkie ceny w Sklepie podane są w złotych polskich (PLN) i zawierają podatek VAT.
Płatności są realizowane za pośrednictwem Stripe.
Dostępne metody płatności:
Produkty cyfrowe są dostępne do pobrania natychmiast po zaksięgowaniu płatności.
Link do pobrania jest dostępny w panelu klienta oraz wysyłany na adres e-mail.
Produkty fizyczne wysyłane są w ciągu 2-3 dni roboczych od zaksięgowania płatności.
Koszt dostawy: bezpłatna dostawa na terenie Polski.
Czas dostawy: 2-5 dni roboczych.
Zgodnie z Ustawą o prawach konsumenta, Klient ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni bez podania przyczyny.
Ważne: Prawo odstąpienia nie przysługuje w przypadku produktów cyfrowych, jeśli rozpoczęto ich pobieranie za wyraźną zgodą Klienta.
Aby odstąpić od umowy, należy wysłać oświadczenie na adres: SunnyOclock3@gmail.com
Reklamacje dotyczące produktów można zgłaszać na adres: SunnyOclock3@gmail.com
Reklamacja powinna zawierać:
Rozpatrzymy reklamację w ciągu 14 dni.
Sprzedawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za:
Wszystkie materiały dostępne w Sklepie są chronione prawem autorskim.
Zakup produktu nie oznacza przeniesienia praw autorskich.
Zabronione jest:
Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu.
Zmiany wchodzą w życie po 7 dniach od publikacji.
W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego.
Ewentualne spory będą rozstrzygane przez sąd właściwy dla siedziby Sprzedawcy.

Creating an account in the Store is required to place orders.
Registration is free and requires providing:
The Customer is obliged to provide truthful information.
Order process:
The agreement is concluded upon order confirmation by the Customer and payment receipt.
All prices in the Store are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Available payment methods:
Digital products are available for download immediately after payment confirmation.
Download link is available in the customer panel and sent via email.
Physical products are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping cost: free delivery in Poland.
Delivery time: 2-5 business days.
According to Consumer Rights Law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products if download has begun with the Customer's express consent.

Purchasing a product does not mean transfer of copyright.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
Any disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
